Gwen Gilson

I was born and raised in Ladysmith, BC. I have been a Vancouver Island girl my whole life and love it here!  Vancouver Island offers an incredible lifestyle. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2018. I proudly service Victoria, Sooke and Ladysmith. 

I studied Business Management at Vancouver Island University with a specialty in Accounting and earned my Associate in Commerce degree.  I worked many years in law offices doing real estate conveyancing which has been a huge asset to my career as a Realtor.  I also have a background doing Accounting, Auditing and finance work. 

I love my career as a Realtor.  I thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients with their real estate needs and helping them achieve their goals.  I am very patient and understanding.  I make myself available to assist my clients every step of the way. It’s not just a transaction to me.  It’s about establishing strong relationships.    I understand the importance of great communication with my clients and am very efficient at following-up.  I’m building my business based on referrals and I take great pride in ensuring my clients are completely satisfied.  “A happy, satisfied client means that I’ve done my job well and that’s what I strive for!”
